Under build your action tab I am getting action already bult and hence I dont understand what to do further

Try creating the project as “Blank Project” and use this domain of Voiceflow “https://creator.actions.voiceflow.com” to create your voice app and upload it to Google. It does all the backend work for you, there’s no need to generate JSON file anymore!
