Since it is the new update of Dialog flow, click on the project ID which is been created next click on IAM & Admin available in the side panel of the page and then follow the steps as told also you’ll have to comeback to the integrations of dialog flow to integrate the Google Assistant followed by Update to Google to update the integrations and then you can test your assistant.
