Today I started with the training, I wanted to connect to google as show in the video tutorial.

I followed all steps, but still it shows ‘Create Action Projects’.
@chetashri2001 Correct. The next step is to create the Google Actions project by clicking on the blue button. After that, you get an option to select the project from a drop down. Selecting the newly created project then links your google action project to the voiceflow project.
