Is there any noise in your surrounding, whose audio input could be taken continuously? The prompt usually comes back when it detects a silence.
So basically, once you press enter after providing the statement inside the with block, the Microphone waits for audio inputs from you. Make sure the hardware MIC is turned ON and speak anything on it. Once you stop speaking it will detect silence and automatically return the prompt.
